Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on February 14, 2013 from Stephen Morris (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson of Knudsen Land Survey, P.O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on February 14, 2013.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on February 14, 2013 from Stephen Morris (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson of Knudsen Land Survey, P.O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on February 14, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 60.40 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is approximately 58.61 acres in size and will continue being used for agricultural purposes. Lot 2 is approximately 1.78 acres in size and will continue to be used for agricultural purposes having no residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located approximately 9 miles SE of Quincy, WA, on Road G NW in the SE quarter of Section 26, Township 20 North, Range 25 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-0229-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Office hours: 8 am–12 noon, 1–5 pm, M-F. Comments must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than 5 pm on March 19, 2013. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
