Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on February 14, 2013 from Stephen Morris (Designated Contact: Paul Snelson of Knudsen Land Survey, P.O. Box 505, Ephrata, WA 98823), was found to be technically complete on February 14, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 60.40 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is approximately 58.61 acres in size and will continue being used for agricultural purposes. Lot 2 is approximately 1.78 acres in size and will continue to be used for agricultural purposes having no residential capacity. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located approximately 9 miles SE of Quincy, WA, on Road G NW in the SE quarter of Section 26, Township 20 North, Range 25 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-0229-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
