That John Hyer of Moses Lake, WA has made application for seasonal change/transfer of water right in order to seasonally change the place of use and add four points of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No. G3-01562.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE No. G3-01562

TAKE NOTICE:

That Ground Water Certificate G3-01562 authorizes the withdrawal of 2100 gallons per minute, 1566 acre-feet per year for seasonal irrigation of 391 acres within the E1/2NE1/4 and E1/2E1/2W1/2NE1/4 of Section 25; SE1/4 of Section 24, T.19 N, R. 30 E.W.M. Grant County and NW1/4 of Section 30, T. 19 N., R. 31E.W.M. Grant County, Washington.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is from a well located within the SE1/4SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 24, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M. Grant County, Washington.

That they propose to add four existing wells within the NE1/4NE1/4 and NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 8, T. 19 N. R. 30 E.W.M. Grant County and NW1/4 of Section 31, T. 19 N., R. 31 E.W.M Adams County and NW1/4SE1/4 of Section 32, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M. Grant County and seasonally transfer a portion of the place of use (151 acres) under RCW 90.03.390 to the following lands:

101 acres in the NW1/4 of Section 5, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M. and 50 acres in the SE1/4 of Section 36, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from March 1, 2013.
