Reader promotes responsible pet ownership

Is there a leash law in Moses Lake? We walk our dog on a leash all the time. We live on a corner and every dog in the area uses our yard as their potty patch. We are very annoyed to say the least and tired of picking up your dog's poop. Our dog goes berserk every time one is out there, and it is frequent. We are going to start calling the animal control, and you will have to go pick yours up. If you can't keep your dog home, you don't need to have one. We also get to watch many out in the road nearly getting hit. Then we call to have a dead dog picked up. It might be yours.
