Crescent Bar Parade, fireworks Saturday

CRESCENT BAR - The theme will be “Western days” when the Crescent Bar communities gathered to celebrate Independence Day on Saturday, July 6.
The parade will begin at 10 a.m. It will start at the fire station and follow the usual course through North Park. The fireworks show will get under way at about 10 p.m.
Parade participants will compete for several awards. There will be a judges award, best golf cart award, best truck/car/boat award, best costume, best float, best bike/trike/stroller/toy car/skates and best display of patriotism.
