Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on 04/10/13 from Live Nation (Contact: Javier O’Brien), 754 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy WA 98848; and was found to be technically complete on 05/1/13.

Notice is hereby given that a Conditional Use Permit Application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on 04/10/13 from Live Nation (Contact: Javier O’Brien), 754 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy WA 98848; and was found to be technically complete on 05/1/13. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request.

PROJECT: To establish up to 800 additional “Overflow Campsites” to be used, along

with adequate water services including restroom and shower facilities. Phase 1: This phase of

the project is to be completed by July 15th, 2013 and will include the installation of four additional water connections to service the proposed restrooms and shower facilities (including but not limited to: hand washing stations, potable drinking water, restrooms and shower facilities along with temporary restroom units provided by Northwest Cascade/Honey Bucket. This phase will also include the installation of perimeter fencing (6 feet high) along the boundaries with neighboring properties. Phase 2: This phase is to be completed by July 15th, 2014 and

will include the installation of approximately 12,700 linear feet of gravel roadway at a width of 20 feet. LOCATION: Site address for the project is 754 Silica Rd. NW, Quincy WA 98848. Located in the North East quarter of Section 31, Township 19 North, Range 23 East, Willamette Meridian, Grant County, Washington. (Parcel #s 20-1525-004) ZONING: Recreation Development. 12:00 noon, July 10, 2013, in the Commissioners’ Hearing Room of the Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to

and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
