MOSES LAKE - A Moses Lake woman, reportedly driving with a suspended license, was injured after rear-ending another vehicle on state Route 17 in Moses Lake Wednesday afternoon.

Jessica Erin Bowen, 21, was reportedly heading north on state Route 17 near Stratford Road just after noon when she rear-ended a 1999 Dodge Ram. Bowen, driving a 2000 Saturn SL2 passenger car, was injured and transported by ambulance to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake. Four passengers in Bowen's vehicle, including three children, 8, 2 and 1-years old, were uninjured.

The driver of the Dodge, Daniel Rodriguez Garibay, 46, was uninjured. A passenger in his vehicle was also uninjured.

All involved were reportedly wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision.

The State Patrol determined Bowen was driving too fast. She was cited for speeding to fast, third-degree driving while license suspended and no insurance.
