The Othello Housing Authority, acting as General Contractor, will receive subcontractor bids via fax to (509) 488-9769, via email to danderson@othellohousing.com, or by mail to 335 North

Third Street, Othello, WA 99344, until 1:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, July 31, 2013, for

the Main St III, two duplex, development located on the 900 block of E. Main St. in Othello, Washington. Public bid opening will be held at 2:00 P.M. the same day.

Subcontractor bids are being solicited for only the following portions of work:

Plumbing, including rough-in and finish work.

HVAC, including rough-in and finish work.

Electrical, including rough-in and finish work.

All labor for this work shall be paid at Washington State L&I prevailing Residential wage rates. Award will be made to lowest responsible and responsive bidder whose bid meets the requirements of this solicitation.

Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained by Bidders from the Othello Housing Authority at 335 North Third Street, Othello, WA 99344, (509) 488-3527. Plans shall be returned to the Housing Authority upon completing bid take-offs. Contract documents may also be examined at the following locations:
