TO THE DEFENDANT:

The State of Washington to the said Kevin Koelzer, an individual and a successor in interest to KF, Inc., a dissolved Washington Corporation.

You are hereby summoned to appear sixty (60) days after the date of first publication of this Summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after the 27th day of June, 2013, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled Court and to serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for the Plaintiff, City of Pasco, at their office below stated; and, in case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the Complaint in this action which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.

The object of this action is for breach of a Promissory Note and the attachment of sale proceeds.

TO THE DEFENDANT:

A Writ of Attachment has been issued in the above-captioned case, directed to the Sheriff of Franklin County, commanding the Sheriff to attach to this property consisting of excess proceeds from the tax foreclosure sale of real property.

You have the right to ask for a hearing. At the hearing, the Plaintiff must give evidence that there is probable cause to believe that the ground for attachment alleged in an affidavit filed with the Court exists and also that the claim stated in the lawsuit is probably valid, or else the attachment will be discharged.

You may also have the right to have your property released if it is exempt property as described in the Washington exemption statutes, including sections 6.13.010, 6.13.030, 6.13.040, 6.15.010, and 6.15.060 of the Revised Code of Washington in the manner described in those statutes.
