Notice of Orchard Lease Amendment 12-076070

The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has decided to enter into negotiations to amend Orchard Lease 12-076070 leased to Ice Harbor Ranch, LLC, located within portions of Sections 11 and 12, Township 10 North, Range 32 East, W.M., in Franklin County. The amendment addresses the term of the lease, rent structure, and ownership of fruit trees and above ground improvements.
