PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 65.5 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on June 03, 2013 from Gary Roylance (Designated Contact: Columbia Northwest Engineering, 249 N. Elder Street, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on June 17, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 65.5 acres in order to create two (2) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is approximately 1.69 acres in size and will be used for residential purposes; there is a residence on this site. Lot 2 is approximately 61.21 acres in size and will be used for agricultural purposes, no residential capacity allocated for this lot. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located approximately 3.5 miles South of I-90, on the corner of Road 3.5 SE and Road S SE in the SE quarter of Section 19, Township 18 North, Range 30 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #19-1215-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. Comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand-delivered, or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
