PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 4.418 acres in order to create three (3) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Community zoning district of Grant County.

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on June 03, 2013 from Joaquin Torres (Designated Contact: Western Pacific Engineering, 1328 E. Hunter Place, Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on June 12, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 4.418 acres in order to create three (3) lots from one existing parcel in the Rural Community zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is approximately 1.640 acres in size and will be used for residential purposes; there are no existing structures on this site. Lot 2 is approximately 1.760 acres in size and will be used for residential purposes, no structures on this site. Lot 3 is approximately 1.017 acres and has no residential capacity; there are no existing structures on this site. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site is located approximately 8 miles NE of Royal City, WA, on the corner of Road 12 NE and the 1st Ave. SW in the south quarter of Section 31, Township 17 North, Range 27 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #16-1290-000). PRESENT ZONING: Rural Community. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
