An ordinance amending Chapter 8.04 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled “Fireworks”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which prohibits sky lanterns in the City of Moses Lake.

This ordinance, which was passed on June 11, 2013 will take effect and be in force five days after publication.
