NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE PUBLIC WATERS

TAKE NOTICE:

That the U S Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) of Boise, Idaho on April 5, 2013, under Application No. S4-33091 filed for a secondary use permit to appropriate public waters based on a 1938 reservation of water, subject to existing rights, from water stored in Franklin D. Roosevelt Reservoir (Columbia River) tributary to the Pacific Ocean, in the amount of 2,700 cubic feet per second, 164,000 acre-feet per year, for the seasonal irrigation of 70,000 acres of land within the Odessa Subarea of the Columbia Basin Project being within Adams, Grant, Lincoln and Franklin Counties. The source of the proposed appropriation is from Franklin D. Roosevelt Reservoir and located within Government Lot 3 and 4 of Section 1, T 28 N, R 30 E.W.M., in Grant County.

All within Adams, Grant, Lincoln and Franklin Counties of Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections. All letters of protest will become public record. Cash shall not be accepted. Fees must be paid by check or money order and are nonrefundable. Protests must be accompanied by a $50 recording fee payable to the Department of Ecology, Cashiering Unit, Water
