NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by David and Debra Kohler, 2262 Dent Road, Pasco, WA 99301 for a zoning designation change, ZC 2013-02.

FRANKLIN COUNTY

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been proposed to the Franklin County Planning Commission an application by David and Debra Kohler, 2262 Dent Road, Pasco, WA 99301 for a zoning designation change, ZC 2013-02. Said application is to rezone approximately 47 acres of land from Agricultural Production 20 (AP-20) to Rural Commumnity 1 (RC-1). The land is located within the Rural Shoreline Development Area as designated in the Franklin County Comprehensive Plan. The Rural Community RC-1 Zoning District has a minimum lot size of one (1) acre. The subject parcel is described as follows:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: A portion of Parcel Number 126-150-012 within the south half of Section 36, Township 10 North, Range 28, East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington.

NON-LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The 47 acres (approximate) is located south of McDonald Drive, north of Burns Road, north of Kohler Road and northwest of Dent Road. In addition, the property is north of the City of Pasco Urban Growth Area Boundary (Portion of Parcel Number 126-150-012).

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that said application will be considered by the Franklin County Planning Commission.

Said consideration will be a public hearing on July 2, 2013 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 1016 N. 4th Avenue, Pasco, WA 99301 and all concerned may appear and present any support for or objections to the application.
