Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County Planning on 06/06/13 from Grant County Fairgrounds, (Designated Contact: Jerry Gingrich 3953 Airway Drive NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837); and were found to be technically complete on 06/07/13.

Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit application and SEPA Checklist received by Grant County Planning on 06/06/13 from Grant County Fairgrounds, (Designated Contact: Jerry Gingrich 3953 Airway Drive NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837); and were found to be technically complete on 06/07/13. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may

be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: The construction of one (1) picnic shelter approximately 2,400 sq. ft. by August 2013. The proposal also includes the installation of 5-10 horse barns each being approximately 2,310 sq. ft. and replacement of existing rodeo bleachers on a 149.07-acre parcel in Moses Lake, WA. ZONING: Urban Public Facilities CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code and International Fire Code. LOCATION: The subject site is located approximately 3/4th a mile south of Hwy 17 on the corner of Airway Dr. NE and Valley Rd. of Moses Lake, WA.
