Sealed proposals must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 25, 2013. Proposals received after scheduled closing will not be considered.
The MLSD reserves the right to accept any proposal which it deems most favorable to its interests. It also reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities and reject any and/or all proposals or any portion of any proposal submitted which in the MLSD’s opinion is not in the best interest of the MLSD.
