Steven Ross Fulkerson, 68, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2013 in his home in Moses Lake. He was born May 19, 1945 in Kansas City, Kansas to Walter and Edith (Holt) Fulkerson. He moved to Yakima, WA when he was two years old. Steve married Arleen Ann Brown on October 8, 1966. They moved to Seattle in 1968 and he went to work for the Burlington Northern Railroad. Steven and Arleen moved to Moses Lake in February 2000.
