1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the real property hereinafter described is subject to foreclosure pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.06 for non-payment of the irrigation assessments levied and assessed by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.03.

That portion of Farm Unit 185, Irrigation Block 44, Columbia Basin Project, according to the plat thereof filed January 23, 1953 records of Grant County, Washington, lying in the West half of the Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 17 North, Range 30 E.W.M., described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Farm Unit, which point is also the North Quarter Corner of said Section: thence South 00°14’ West along the West boundary of said Farm Unit, a distance of 675 feet; thence North 85°20’ East, a distance of 602 feet, thence North 02°54’ West, a distance of 173 feet, thence North 76°10’ West, a distance of 40 feet; thence North 00°14’ East, a distance of 438.6 feet to the North line of said Farm Unit; thence North 89°28’ West along said North line a distance of 551.5 feet to the point of beginning.
