1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the real property hereinafter described is subject to foreclosure pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.06 for non-payment of the irrigation assessments levied and assessed by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.03.

A portion of Farm Unit 77, Irrigation Block 49, Columbia Basin Project Adams, County, Washington according to the plat there of record in the office of the Auditor of Adams County, Washington, more particularly described as follows.

Commending at the East Quarter corner of Section 17, Township 15 North, Range 29 EWM, thence due West a distance of 30 feet to a point on the West boundary of county road right of way, known as “Taylor Road” (running North and South through said Farm Unit 77, thence Northerly along said West boundary of said county road right of way, a distance of 350 feet to a point which is the point of beginning; thence Westerly along a line which is perpendicular to the said West boundary of the county road right of way to a point where said perpendicular line intersects the Westerly boundary of said Farm Unit 77; thence Southeasterly along said West boundary of said Farm Unit 77 to a point where said boundary intersects the said West boundary line of said road right of way; thence Northerly along said West boundary of said road right o way to the point of beginning; said portion being a triangular area of real estate.

f.
