1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the real property hereinafter described is subject to foreclosure pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.06 for non-payment of the irrigation assessments levied and assessed by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.03.

That portion of Farm Unit 250, Irrigation Block 45, Fourth Revision of the Farm Unit Plat as recorded on September 3, 1958, in the office of the Auditor of the county of Adams, State of Washington, lying in the West half of Section 18, Township 15 North, Range 30 East, W.M., County of Adams, State of Washington, described as follows:

Commending at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18, said point being a point on the West boundary line of said Farm Unit 250 and a point on the centerline of Adams County’s road “Steele Road”; thence South 00°35’40” West, coincident with the West boundary line of the southwest Quarter of said Section 18, the West boundary line of said Farm Unit 250 and the centerline of said Adams County’s road “Steele Road” a distance of 502.87 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 87°33’20” East, a distance of 1311.15 feet; thence South 00°35’40” West, a distance of 166.53; thence North 87°33’20” West, a distance of 1311.15 feet to the West boundary line of the Southwest quarter of said Section 18, the West boundary line of said Farm Unit 250 and the centerline of said Adams County’s Road “Steele Road”; thence North 00°35’40” East, coincident with the West boundary line of said Farm Unit 250 and the centerline of said Adam’s County’s road “Steele Road” , a distance of 166.53 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
