1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the real property hereinafter described is subject to foreclosure pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.06 for non-payment of the irrigation assessments levied and assessed by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.03.

That portion of Farm Unit 41, Irrigation Block 44, Columbia Basin Project, Grant County, Washington, EXCEPTING therefrom that portion lying in the Northeast one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 33, township 18 North, Range 30 East W.M., Grant County, Washington, described as follows;

Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section, said point also being the Northeast corner of said Farm Unit 41; thence along the East line of said Section and said Farm Unit, said line also being the centerline of a road known as Grant County Road “U” SE, South 00°33’00” West, a distance of 964.17 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said East lines, South 00°33’00” West, a distance of 683.73 feet; thence North 36°10’22” West, a distance of 66.90 fee to an intersection of the Westerly right of way line of said road; thence continuing North 36°10’22” West a distance of 454.96 feet; thence parallel to said East lines and said centerline, North 00°33’00” East, a distance of 265.44 feet; thence perpendicular to said East lines and said centerline, South 89°27’00” East, a distance of 272.04 feet, to an intersection with said Westerly right of way line; thence, continuing South 89°27’00” East a distance of 40.00 feet, to the True Point of Beginning.
