NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the real property hereinafter described is subject to foreclosure pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.06 for non-payment of the irrigation assessments levied and assessed by the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District pursuant to the provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, Chapter 87.03.

Residence Apartment No. 2, Building No 1, of Village Green Condominium, a Condominium according to survey amp and set of plans, recorded in Volume 1 of Condominium Plans, Pages 1-4, records of Adams County, Washington, under Recording No. 150900, and according to Condominium Declaration recorded in Volume 35 of Recorded Instruments, Pages 359-377, under Recording No. 150899, recorded on January 13, 1975;
Together with a twenty-five percent interest in the common areas and facilities appertaining to said Apartment and together with those limited common areas and facilities so appertaining all of which are described in the above referenced Declaration.

f. Pursuant to RCW 87.06.020, interest will be charged on the delinquent assessments and costs set forth above at a rate of 12% per year, computed monthly and without compounding, from the date of issuance of this Certificate of Delinquency, and that additional costs incurred as a result of the delinquency will be imposed, including the costs of preparing certificates of delinquency and costs of foreclosure proceedings.
