Royal High announces honored students
Royal students of the month
ROYAL CITY - Counselor Marge Edwards has named the Royal High School students of the month for April.
Students of the month are chosen by the educational staff from a list of nominations prepared by Edwards. The nominations are based on several strengths, including academics, citizenship and leadership.
The senior of the month was Reed Lefler, son of Rex and Maria Lefler of Royal City. The junior was Ashlee Moore, daughter of Steve and Karen Moore of Royal City.
The sophomore student of the month was Hugo Mata, son of Hugo and Elda Mata of Royal City. The freshman was Ruben Hernandez, son of Petra Castaneda or Royal City
