Dune Lake Properties adds new agent

MOSES LAKE - Basin residents looking at buying or selling a home now have another real estate professional to call on.

Moses Lake resident Debby Smith recently joined the Dune Lake Properties team, according to an announcement from the real estate company this week.

Smith said she previously worked in the medical field, but has worked around homes for many years. She owns Keystone Construction in Moses Lake with her husband, Lance Smith, she said.

Smith said she is excited to start working with residents who are seeking a new home or piece of property.

"Things are pretty good with interest rates right now, and a lot of inventory is being snagged up," she said.

She said she can also help homeowners who want to sell their house.
