In the 12 weeks of the Weight Loss Challenge, I lost 28 pounds, 17 3/4 inches and 3 pants sizes. I have learned to change my lifestyle and eat properly. Exercise is a main factor as well. What helped me the most are the "Total Control" and protein shakes. Both of these gave me energy and kept me going throughout the day. My energy level has sky rocketed!
