I would like to thank Karen and Jon for their lectures on proper food nutrition.  With their help I was able to lose 23 lbs and 13 inches in 12 weeks.  The trainings were fun, very informative and gave me a good insight on what foods do to you and for you.  I plan on using the knowledge gained for my future health goals and to include these learning's into my family's eating lifestyle.  I would encourage anyone thinking about a new approach to their health to include the "Challenge" as part of it.
