Since starting with Jon and Karen's classes, in 7 months I have lost 46 lbs. and went from a size 26 to 18. My arthritis and joint pain has decreased, I have lots of energy and I feel wonderful! The Herbalife products are fantastic – I start each day with a shake, and I love the chocolate/peanut butter bars. They are a lifesaver for me and make such a difference in how I feel.
