NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL, at the Civic Center located at 401 S. Balsam at 7:00 p.m. on August 13, 2013 to consider the following:

A request by Carlile Development, LLC for the annexation and zoning to H-I, Heavy Industrial, of approximately 26.23 acres of property located at 9146 NE Tyndall Road and described as Tax #7351
