AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CONNELL, WASHINGTON, AMENDING A SECTION OF CHAPTER 2.04 RELATING TO REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.

WHEREAS, The City Council desires to modify the dates of regular city council meetings, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CONNELL, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. There is hereby adopted a revised Section 2.04.010 of the Connell Municipal Code that shall be entitled “Regular Meeting Dates”, which Section shall read as follows:

Section 2.04.010 Regular meeting days

The regular meetings of the city council shall be held on the first Monday of each month commencing at the hour of six p.m. and the third Monday of each month commencing at the hour of six p.m., in the City Council Room of the City Hall.

Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five days after its passage and publication as required by law in the official newspaper of the City.

PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CONNELL, WASHINGTON, this 15th day of July, 2013, and APPROVED by the Mayor on this 16 day of July, 2013.
