NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

1) 13-5780 – Tony Favero (Central Washington Livestock) - Moses Lake area, Designation change from Rural Urban Reserve to Rural Industrial and a Zone Change from Rural Urban Reserve to Rural Light Industrial.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Grant County Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on August 7, 2013 at 7:00pm in the Commissioners Hearing Room of the Grant County Court House in Ephrata, WA in order to reconsider one of the agenda items from the June 26, 2013 Planning Commission Meeting at which the 2013 Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Zone Change applications were heard. The item up for reconsideration is:

1) 13-5780 – Tony Favero (Central Washington Livestock) - Moses Lake area, Designation change from Rural Urban Reserve to Rural Industrial and a Zone Change from Rural Urban Reserve to Rural Light Industrial.

Copies of the proposed amendment application, zone change and Comprehensive Plan/FEIS and the 2013 Addendum to the EIS are available for review at the Grant County Planning Department, 457 1st Ave NW, Ephrata. Additional background data, including the petitions for site specific land use re-designation and other amendments to the Comprehensive Plan, Zone changes and SEPA checklists prepared for proposed amendments, and other pertinent data are also available for public review.
