Quincy shooting victim identified

QUINCY — The victim of Friday’s shooting near Quincy was identified as Luis Ochoa Murillo of Quincy.
Murrillo, 23, remains hospitalized at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, according to the sheriff’s office.
Authorities are still searching for the alleged shooter Arnoldo Cazares Mendoza, 20, of Quincy.
