ML man allegedly tries to run over his brother

MOSES LAKE - A Moses Lake man is in jail after allegedly trying to run over his brother with his truck and threatening him.

Juan G. Garza, 55, was arrested about 5 p.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of West Bemis Street after he and his 58-year-old brother reportedly were arguing.

According to police reports, Garza attempted to run over his brother with his truck following the argument. Garza stepped out of his truck and allegedly pulled a knife to threaten his brother.

Garza fled the scene and was later caught by officers.

Garza was booked into Grant County Jail on charges of felony harassment (domestic violence) and attempted vehicular assault.
