Moses Lake man identified as victim in Quincy crash

QUINCY — The driver killed in a collision Thursday night near Quincy was identified as David L. Castiglia, 50, of Moses Lake.

Castiglia died after a 1996 Chevrolet Blazer crossed the center line on state Route 28 and struck his vehicle head on. The incident occurred about half a mile east of Quincy.

The other driver was injured and airlifted to Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, according to the State Patrol.
