MOSES LAKE - The 16-year-old boy allegedly stabbed several times by three Moses Lake teenagers was still in the hospital recovering from surgery Thursday night.

According to the sheriff's office, the boy remains in stable condition after surgery Tuesday night for his wounds. Several were reportedly severe enough to require surgery, but not immediately life threatening, said Kyle Foreman, of the sheriff's office.

Two suspects, Dahndre Westwood, 14, and Victor J. Mejia, 16, have been arrested in connection to Tuesday's incident in the Larson Housing Area just north of Moses Lake.

Deputies were still searching for the third suspect, Travis Stotts, 17, on Thursday night, adding Stotts should be considered armed and dangerous. Foreman said investigators are unsure if Stotts is still in the Larson Housing Area.

The sheriff's office has attempted contact with Stotts on its Facebook page, but have not received a reply from Stotts, who questioned his connection to the incident in a post Wednesday.

Residents' tips have helped deputies track down two of the suspects. The sheriff's office is asking for residents to keep their eyes open for Stotts, described as a white male, five feet five inches tall and 160 pounds. Anyone with information should call 911 or send an anonymous tip to crimetips@co.grant.wa.us.
