NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD July 23, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding an application for Classification as Open Space Land for Current Use Assessment under Chapter 84.34 RCW from the Paul Lauzier Charitable and Scholarship Foundations for a 320-acre parcel located in the west half of S 33, T 18, R 26, E.W.M. (Parcel No. 160333000).
