Goodies to support food bank

MATTAWA - The Mattawa Area Food Bank bake sale at the Desert Aire senior center this Friday, July 5, promises to offer something for everyone.
"A lot of cakes, cookies and pies and other goodies were donated," bake sale director Karen Mulcahy said.
The bake sale will be held at the Sagebrush Senior Center at 441 Desert Aire Drive in Desert Aire. It will go from 12-4 p.m.
"Stock up for the weekend and for all your summer visitors," Mulcahy said. "Come join us for special cakes and pies, jams breads, cookies, brownies, candy and more."
Coffee, tea and lemonade will be served.
