NOTICE TO EQUIPMENT DEALERS
Sealed bids, plainly marked “Bid for 34,000 lb Motorgrader, Equipment Contract 2013-
03", will be received by Grant County at the Office of the Board of County Commissioners located in the County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW - Room 207, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823, until 1:45 PM, Tuesday, February 5, 2013, and will then and there be opened and publicly read for furnishing and delivering:

Informational copies of the proposal and specifications are on file with the County Engineer in the Grant County Public Works Building, 124 Enterprise St. S.E., Ephrata, WA 98823.
Any bidder offering new equipment shall include in their proposal an offer to purchase the trade-in equipment. The County assumes the new equipment bidder’s trade-in offer is a part of the bid including the new equipment. The bidder’s trade-in offer will only be considered separately if the bidder grants permission to the County to consider their trade-in offer separately.
Any person or company may make an offer to purchase the trade-in equipment independent of a bid on the sale of the new equipment. Such offers shall be made on forms provided by the County. The bidders are advised that mileage/hours will continue to accumulate at the current usage rate until replacements vehicles are delivered. The County is offering the following trade-ins:
