Richard Albert Sebens, age 45, of Moses Lake, joined his Lord and Savior in Heaven on January 21, 2013.

Born November 8, 1967 In Santa Rosa, CA to Cheryl and Ed Sebens.

Rich grew up in Grandview, WA with Jim his brother and best friend. He graduated from Grandview High school in 1987. On January 25, 1988 he married Jodi. He went on to serve our country in the United States Marine Corps. He was stationed in Cherry Point, North Carolina where he achieved rank of Corporal. He then moved to Moses Lake, Washington to raise his family. He worked for Pistoresi Distributing for over 10 years.

Rich leaves behind five children: Chadd, Gaige, Tabitha, Eva, and James.

In 2008 Rich felt compelled to join the military once again, serving our country was what he loved to do and he joined the Army National Guard. He was almost immediately deployed to the Afghanistan war where he spent 12 months.

Rich enjoyed raising his children. He was often found being a big kid himself- wrestling around, getting into water fights, pillow fights, eating junk food and often times breaking something or getting into trouble for making a big mess. He loved to camp, fish, and just be outdoors. He loved God and often spoke bible verses and scripture to all that he came in contact with. He was a very proud poppa! He loved his children more than anything in his life. He had a huge heart and helped any and every person he could. He would give his last dollar to a stranger on the street; he worried for others even though he could not do anything for them. He carried the weight of the world on his shoulders.

In Heaven he joins his brother Gaylord who was killed in action during the Vietnam War, his parents Cheryl and Ed, Twin sons; Christopher and Mathew and his first granddaughter Lily.

He is survived by his children; Chadd age 23- serving in the U.S. Marine Corps stationed at Camp Pendleton, Gaige age 21 (Danielle), Tabitha age 16, Eva age 15, and James age 5 all of Moses Lake, WA.
