NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Blue Star Enterprises Northwest Inc. 2019 Butler Loop, Richland, WA 99354 has completed work on the PORT OF ROYAL SLOPE WELL No. 2 PROJECT, EDA Grant No. 07-79-06682. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that claims against the retained percentage for this contract must be filed with the PORT OF ROYAL SLOPE within 30 days publication of this notice according to the law.
