estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the Complaint:
You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first
publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after January 28, 2013, and defend the
real property foreclosure action in Grant County Superior Court, and answer the complaint of
JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Chase Home Finance LLC,
successor by merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation (“Plaintiff”). You are asked to
serve a copy of your answer or responsive pleading upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff at
its office stated below. In case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you
according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.
The purpose of this lawsuit is to obtain a judgment, and if not immediately paid, to be
satisfied through the foreclosure of real property located in Grant County, Washington, and legally
described as follows:
PARCEL 1: LOT 105, MONTLAKE ADDITION NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE
PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 5 OF PLATS, PAGE 45, RECORDS OF GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON. PARCEL 2: THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 19 NORTH, RANGE 28 E.W.M., GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 105, MONTLAKE ADDITION NO. 1, ALSO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 79 DEGREES 43' 44" EAST ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SAID LOT 105, A DISTANCE OF 151.41 FEET TO THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF BEAUMONT DRIVE, THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG SAID WESTERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF BEAUMONT DRIVE, A DISTANCE OF 46.40 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 57' 61" WEST, A DISTANCE OF 153.12 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF CHICAGO, MILWAUKEE, ST. PAUL AND PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF CHICAGO, MILWAUKEE, ST. PAUL AND PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY, A DISTANCE OF 19.24 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
