NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SEASONAL CHANGE/TRANSFER OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER CERTIFICATE No. G3-01362 together with Change 1-3-408

TAKE NOTICE:

That John Hyer of Moses Lake WA has made application for seasonal change/transfer of water right in order to seasonally change the place of use and add three points of withdrawal as granted under Ground Water Certificate No.G3-01362 together with Change 1-3-408.

That Ground Water Certificate G3-01362 together with Change 1-3-408 authorizes the withdrawal of 2500 gallons per minute, 960 acre-feet per year for seasonal irrigation of 480 acres within Section 14; W1/2SW1/4, SE1/4SW1/4 and SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 15 and Section 16, T. 21 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Lincoln County Washington.

That the authorized point of withdrawal is from four wells located within the NW1/4SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 15, NE1/4SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 16, SW1/4SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 9 and SE1/4NW1/4SE1/4 of Section 14, all being within T. 21 N., R. 31 E.W.M. Lincoln County, Washington.

That they propose to add three existing wells within the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 8, NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 8, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M. and NW1/4SE1/4 of Section 32, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M., Grant County and seasonally transfer a portion of the place of use (540 acres) under RCW 90.03.390 to the following lands:

120 acres in the SE1/4 of Section 32, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M.; 120 acres in the NW1/4 of Section 4 and the E1/2NE1/4 of Section 5, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M.; 75 acres in the NE1/4 of Section 5, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M.; 70 acres in the S1/2NW1/4 of Section 9, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M.; 20 acres in the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 4 and the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 5, T. 19 N., R. 30 E.W.M.; 15 acres in the NE1/4 of Section 8, T. 19. N, R. 30 E.W.M.; 5 acres in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 29, T. 20 N., R. 30 E.W.M Grant County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval of this application must include a detailed statement of the basis for objections; protests must be accompanied by a fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee and filed with the Department of Ecology, at the address shown below, within thirty (30) days from February 4, 2013.
