Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Short Subdivision application received by Grant County on January 04, 2013 from Frank Mianecki (Designated Contact: Gilbert C. Bailey, Columbia NW Engineering, 249 N. Elder St., Moses Lake, WA 98837), was found to be technically complete on January 04, 2013. PROJECT: A Short Subdivision of approximately 96.10 acres in order to create three (3) lots from one existing parcel in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. As proposed, Lot 1 is vacant and will be approximately 2.51 acres in size; Lot 1 has residential capacity which has been specified in the application as future development. Lot 2 will be approximately 4.01 acres in size, with contains one existing residence and related outbuildings. Lot 2 will continue with its current use. Lot 3 will be approximately 88.14 acres in size and does not have residential capacity. Lot 3 will continue to be used for agricultural purposes. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 11498 Road G SW, Royal City, WA 99357. It is located approximately 1.5 miles NW of Royal City, WA, bordering both Road G SW and a Private Rd. in the lower portion of the NE quarter of Section 35, Township 17 North, Range 25 East,W.M., Grant County, WA (Parcel #21-0679-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: None. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the above listed materials.
