NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be accepted for furnishing the City of Connell one (1) Trailer Mounted Vacuum Unit in accorcdance with the plans and specifica.tions on file.

Bids received after the time fixed for opening cannot be considered. Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m., Thursday, February 7, 2013, at which time said bids shall be opened and considered at Connell City Hall at 104 E. Adams Street, Connell, Washington 99326.

Specifications and Instructions to bidders are available at City Hall at the address above stated, or can be obtained by calling 509-234-6431.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive all claims or any informalities or irregularities in the bids or in the bidding.
