NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Royal School District No. 160, Grant County, Washington (the “District”) will hold a special meeting on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 5:00 pm, in the District Administration Office Conference Room, located at 901 Ahlers Road, Royal City, Washington 99357.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Royal School District No. 160, Grant County, Washington (the “District”) will hold a special meeting on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 5:00 pm, in the District Administration Office Conference Room, located at 901 Ahlers Road, Royal City, Washington 99357.

The meeting is called for the purpose of considering and acting upon Resolution 522, which provides for the submission to the District's voters, at a special election to be held on April 23, 2013, of a proposition authorizing the District to issue its general obligation bonds for the purpose of paying costs of certain capital improvements to District facilities.

This meeting is open to the public.
