General advise for our customers to help you determine if you need a service call:

1. Check the breaker box for a tripped breaker. If the breaker is tripped, try resetting it and if it flips back off, DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET IT. Call us immediately.
   
   
   
2. Check the thermostat and make sure it is on the right setting, heat, cool, auto etc.
   
   
   
3. Check the filter, plugged filters can cause the system to freeze up due to lack of airflow.
   
   
   
4. If you smell gas, do not turn on any light switches. Immediately leave the house and call the gas utility company.
