General advise for our customers to help you determine if you need a service call:
- Check the breaker box for a tripped breaker. If the breaker is tripped, try resetting it and if it flips back off, DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET IT. Call us immediately.
- Check the thermostat and make sure it is on the right setting, heat, cool, auto etc.
- Check the filter, plugged filters can cause the system to freeze up due to lack of airflow.
- If you smell gas, do not turn on any light switches. Immediately leave the house and call the gas utility company.
