NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received at the Franklin County Commissioners Office at 1016 N 4th Ave, Pasco WA, 99301, until 8:45 AM on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 and then shall be opened and publicly read aloud after 9:00 AM during the regular meeting of the Franklin County Board of Commissioners.
