Born April 5, 1934 in Marsing, Idaho to parents Bessie Tipton Larsen and James Larsen.

She has surviving siblings William James and Bette Mae. She was very close to her Grandmother Annie. She wore high top shoes that laced up and her hair was very long down the length of her back but she wore it tied up in a bun. She too was famous for her sugar cookies. Barb was also very close to her Dad and considered herself a tomboy. Her father taught her how to throw a ball, hunt and fish. After Barb graduated from High school she went to work at the ION grocery store and played ball after work. She was a good athlete and got a college scholarship but still could not afford tuition. She won a contest at the movie theater to help her through school. She met Harold (Pete) Sircin during the school years. After he returned from the service they were married in 1955. They shared a love of wood working together and created many holiday decorations that Pete would cut out with a scroll saw and Barb would paint. The family business stared out with cattle ranching and then eventually to farming. The family farm is still an active viable business today. In her later years Barb grew wonderful roses in her yard. She has over 100 varieties and was on the Moses Lake garden tour a few years ago.

She is survived by children Sandy Sircin (partner Peg Parker) from Kent WA, Debbie Lemley from Spokane WA and Jim Sircin (wife Pam Sircin) from Ephrata WA She has 6 grandchildren, Heather Foss, Mathew Sherrard, Jessica Lemley, Chris Lemley, Tate Sircin, Alec Sircin and 5 great grand children, Landon, Joe, Shelby and Jakob Foss, Connor Lemley. Close friend Janet Johnson has been by her side and an important part of her life as well.

Pete Sircin preceded Barb in death in 1997.
