QUINCY - Three people were injured, including a 16-year-old, in a crash Monday on state Route 28 at Adams Road near Quincy.

Spencer R. Bushman, 16, of George, was driving a white 1991 Ford Mustang on Adams Road and stopped at the stop sign at state Route 28. Bushman attempted to make a left turn onto state Route 28. Bushman's vehicle was struck by Phyllis A. Sievert, 74, of Moses Lake, who was driving a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban east, according to the State Patrol.

Both Bushman and Sievert were taken by ambulance to Quincy Valley Medical Center. David A Vining, 81, of Moses Lake, was also injured and taken to the Quincy Valley Medical Center. Vining was a passenger in the Suburban.

Officers determined Bushman was at fault and charged with failure to yield the right-of-way.
