Meeting set for parents of college bound students

ROYAL CITY - Parents and/or guardians of seventh- and eighth-grade students are encouraged to learn whether their children qualify for free college money.

Parents and guardians may also learn how to fill out the application at a College Bound presentation at 1 p.m. on Feb. 28 at the Royal Middle School computer lab.
