COLUMBIA BASIN IRRIGATION DISTRICT )

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition filed February 6, 2013, with the Board of Directors of the South Columbia Basin Irrigation District by Kyle Taylor and Loretta Taylor, husband and wife, the holders of title to all the land hereinafter described, praying that the following described land be included within the District:

That portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 13 North, Range 30 East, W.M., lying South of the centerline of the EL85JJ1 canal,

AND

That portion of the Northeast Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 13 North, Range 30 East, W.M., Franklin County, Washington, lying North and West of the centerline of the EL85JJ canal.

All persons interested in or that may be affected by such inclusion of the land described above are hereby notified to appear at the office of the Board at 1135 E. Hillsboro, Suite A, Pasco, Franklin County, Washington, at 10:00 a.m., March 14, 2013, this being the regular meeting of the Board next after the last date of publication of this Notice of Hearing, and show cause in writing, if any they have, why such land should not be included within the District as prayed for in the petition.
